Job description
  1. Assist the supervisor to complete his assigned tasks.
  2. Personnel management, quality management, related training and performance evaluation in the areas where they are stationed and served.
  3. Execute and track various operational performance management goals.
  4. Assist the head office in operating the stationed service area and become an important communication platform between customers and the company.
  5. Accept working from home for this job with and an online progress report.

Requirements

  1. English proficiency certificate required. (strong focus on spoken communication)
  2. Management experience or excellent communication skills are preferred.
  3. Education:
    3.1 Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Medicine, Medical Laboratory Science, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or a related field is required.
    3.2 Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field is also acceptable.
  4. Experience:
    4.1 Relevant work experience in medical laboratory, veterinary medicine, or animal health.
    4.2 Experience in equipment maintenance or repair is preferred.
  5. Strong interpersonal skills with ability to establish rapport quickly, build and maintain relationships.
  6. Highly motivated, goal oriented with strong organizational skills, especially in a multi-tasking environment.
  7. Must provide an English resume (not accept resumes only in Spanish)
