Job description
  1. Resolve Issues Related To The Product.
  2. Managing And Processing Customer Orders.
  3. Prepare Accurate And Timely Reports.
  4. Researching Technical Issues.
  5. Configure Operating Systems.
  6. Monitor And Maintain Bioguard Products.
  7. Provide On-site Support.
  8. Responding To Client Vet Support Requests.
  9. Tracking And Managing Work Records.
  10. Monitoring Protocols And Ensure Adherence.
  11. Providing Basic Product Training
Requirements
  1. Proficient in English.
  2. Bachelor’s degree in veterinary medicine, medical laboratory science and biotechnology, biotechnology, biochemistry, or related field required.
  3. Institutional sales experience preferred.
  4. Strong interpersonal skills with ability to establish rapport quickly, build and maintain relationships.
  5. Highly motivated, goal oriented with strong organizational skills, especially in a multi-tasking environment.
  6. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  7. Computer proficiency (Microsoft Windows, Excel, Word and Outlook).
